We sold $12m in tokens. $4.3m was spent on legal fees all and $2m was paid in taxes. Factor in another $1-$2m in employee time to produce all SEC documents (over 1,000,000 pages).
Easily 1/2 and as much as 3/4 of income was spent attempting to comply with our own government.
I would be very interested to hear how much taxpayer money @GaryGensler's @SECGov spent to prosecute @LBRYcom/@jeremykauffman in this non-fraud case where seamingly the only outcome was the destruction of an #AmericanCrypto innovation and the bankrupting of an American company.
