Actually, the law makes no distinction between sales and gifts.
We were just found guilty of breaking the law when we gave users just $.50 of $LBC, for free.
@LBRYcom ...define make LBC widespread. You could easily have just sent it to people. it was it's use as a fundraising tool that got the law involved.
